EXBIO commercial food waste digesters are on-site food waste processors for restaurants, cafeterias, hotels and food factories. Each machine decomposes waste with microorganisms where it is produced, so there is no collection, no drying and no separate composting step.

Two-Stage Submerged Decomposition
Exchip microbial carriers fully decompose food waste within 24 hours and discharge it as water and carbon dioxide. Any undecomposed solids go through a second submerged decomposition stage.

Automatic Control of the Optimal Culture Environment
Temperature, water supply and load weight are sensed in real time to automatically maintain the best culture conditions for microbial activity.

A robust internal structure withstands a spoon or plastic wrap accidentally dropped in without mechanical failure, and the microorganisms survive detergent and hot water.

Self-Diagnosis of Faults
If a fault or odor occurs, the system automatically diagnoses the cause and alerts the user, while the automatic deodorizing unit removes the smell quickly.
